I just remembered! The answer to #5 is actually a Bon Jovi concert t-shirt from my first BJ concert (in 1987) when I was 13 years old. It is so small (was I really that small?!) and thin and worn out and I'm never throwing it away.

Happy Fall, Y'all! Can you believe it's October 1st?! The temperature here is supposed to hit 105 today. Yippee. Where the bleep is the fall weather, already?!! Okay, enough complaining and on to today's regularly scheduled program:

1. Did you have a pen pall when you were little (or now)? Where were/are they from? Not really, I wrote to a girl (Sevgi) I met in Turkey a few times, but it didn't last very long.
2. If you could do a different job for one day, what would it be? I'm tempted to say President but I don't think I would get a lot changed in just one day, so I'll say ... hmm ... newspaper columnist or librarian or something to do with books or writing.
3. Do you remember your biggest fear from when you were little? Cockroaches. And they're still after me.
4. What do you think is a waste of time? Why? Reality TV. I just don't get it.
5. What is the oldest item you have in your closet? A slate blue baby-doll dress I got in Turkey in 1995. I can't make myself toss it.
